Production Foreman – Monolithic Airform Manufacturing – 1990 to present

Responsibilities:

Overall management of Airform production facility. Systems include large, automated FIAB welder and computer patterning
Schedules personnel, layout and assembly
Interacts and consults with clients regarding design and manufacture of Airform products
Manages personnel, including interviewing, hiring and ongoing supervision
Oversees shipping, receiving and inventory of equipment and materials

Other Activities:

Secretary – Ellis County Officials Association, 1990 to present, Referee
at high school and college sports events

Member and past Board Member – Texas Association of Sports
Officials (TASO), 1981 to present

Applying Synthetic Stucco to a Monolithic Dome Home in Milford, Texas

Some friends of Monolithic own a rental house in Milford, Texas, that was in dire need of some attention to the Airform. The house is about 20 years old, and the Airform has never been coated.
