Introducing the Quickshot
This handheld shotcrete sprayer is easy to load and has a surprisingly good throughput. We have used it to spray a number of small projects, and its fast, efficient design has saved us time and money. Its all-steel construction means that it is long lasting and will prove to be a good investment.
We now offer three models!
The Three Hole Model
The Three Hole Model was built to be adjustable. It comes with three holes, three small jets, three large jets, two jet plugs, and two hole plugs. These accessories make it very versatile. We have been spraying with the large center jet and closing-off the two side jets. With this configuration, we have had a very strong spray, good texture, and a rate of 1/3 cubic yard of shotcrete per 30 minutes.
The Three Hole Combination Model
The Three Hole Combination Model is built just like the Three Hole Model, except for one difference. The combination sprayers have a tilted spray head that enables you to apply concrete directly above your head. It comes with three holes, three small jets, three large jets, two jet plugs, and two hole plugs.
The Four Hole Combination Model
The Four Hole Combination Model was built to spray larger amounts of concrete in a shorter amount of time. We’ve found this model very useful when applying concrete to a surface, then troweling the concrete smooth. It is a combination sprayer, so you can easily spray above head when needed. The hopper is a little larger, and that makes it a little heavier when full.
Each tool has its place, just as these do. If you are building a small Monolithic Dome, the combination sprayers are a must. If you are building EcoShells, you could stay with the standard models. It really depends on what application you are working with.
