Monolithic Dome homes come in all shapes and sizes, so giving exact costs are something that is done project-by-project. That said, we do have a standard, square-foot price that we use for budgetary purposes. This price can go up or down based on any number of factors.
Shell and Floor Only: $65 per square foot (2013 prices) of floor area. This price is for the Monolithic Dome home built on an integrated concrete floor.
Finished Dome Homes: They come out to about $130 per square foot (2013 prices) of floor area. For example, a 1,000-square-foot dome-home shell will cost roughly $60,000 (2013 prices); once completely finished it will cost about $130,000 (2013 prices).
