I believe this presentation does a pretty good job at showing what can be done and the local environment.

This floor plan is for a two apartment rental vacation timeshare. Our other dome, finishing the interior fixtures phase as well, is a single family two bedroom one bath layout with much more spacious feel to it. They will look the same from the outside.

The dome in the presentation is a two bedroom two bath with a dividing wall down the middle. Each side has one bedroom and one bath and is identical and mirror image with a kitchenette and living room. The apartments can be opened with and adjoining door so a larger group could rent both sides. The two apartments share a washer and dryer and both have their own 50 gallon water heater. There will be internet access, TV and phone when completed.

We are expecting to build to suit the owner at about $150/sq ft and as you can see that includes many upscale amenities. The lots for sale are about 1.25 acres each and we have 25 lots still available to choose from.

This location is 50 minutes from the San Jose international airport and about 1.5 hours from the beach and the same from the volcano resorts. These can be built to suit for full time living or they can be managed by our hotel management service that will “time share” them for the owner when they are not in the country.

We can build one 10 meter dome or we can link them with corridors and build as many domes to suit the square foot needs of the owner. Each dome is about 840 sq ft.

We are keeping to the under hill “Shire” theme to create the experience for the community that really is unique, rustically natural and tranquil. The elevation is about 4200 ft above sea level in the beautiful rain forest environment of the “Misty Mountains” of central Costa Rica about 20 minutes from San Ramon.
